Essential Uses:

Basic Miso Soup:

  1. Dissolve 1 tbsp in 200ml dashi

  2. Add tofu/wakame

  3. Heat to 60°C (never boil)

Ingredients:
Rice, soybeans, salt, koji culture

Storage:
Refrigerate after opening (6 months)
