Delivery in VIC:

1.2. Delivery to other states (WA, NSW, QLD, SA and TAS):

Note: Fresh produce and frozen items are only available for delivery within a 10 km radius of PRESTON MARKET, VIC 3072.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Transit Time (Once Dispatched): Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery for both services. Times may vary for remote areas.
- Estimated Total Delivery: For Parcel Locker orders, please allow an extra 1-2 days for the fee confirmation process, meaning a total of 4-8 business days from order date to collection.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
