Local Delivery
1. Delivery Area
We offer local delivery to suburbs within a 5 km radius of Preston Market, VIC 3072. To check if your address is within our delivery zone, please enter your postcode at checkout or contact us directly.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST from Monday to Friday will be delivered the next business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day for delivery the following day.
Example: An order placed at 3:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered on Friday. An order placed at 6:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered on Monday (assuming a standard weekend).
3. Delivery Fees
- FREE delivery for all local orders with a subtotal of $200 or more.
- A flat delivery fee of $15 will apply to all orders under $200.
4. How to Order

- Phone: Call us on 0411 150 811 during market hours.
- In-Store: Visit our stall at Preston Market to place an order for future delivery.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed. On delivery day, you will receive a notification with an estimated time window and the driver's contact details.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated address. If no one is available, our driver will attempt to contact you. We may leave your order in a safe, shaded place at your discretion and risk, but perishable items cannot be left unattended without instruction.
7. Freshness Guarantee
As a market vendor, we are committed to freshness. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
